Orders leave our studio within 2 business days, tracked and insured. Because every piece is one of one, items are held for your order the moment you check out — we never sell the same piece twice.

• Flat, fair shipping calculated at checkout based on your address.
• Every parcel is tracked from our door to yours, with updates by email.
• Delicate and vintage pieces ship in protective, plastic-free packaging.

Returns

Unworn pieces with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To keep one-of-one pieces moving, final-sale and heavily discounted items are exchange-only.

• Start a return from the contact form with your order details.
• Refunds land within 5 business days of the piece arriving back.
• Changed your mind between sizes? Consigned sizing varies — check with us before ordering and we'll measure anything on the rail.

Consignor payouts

Sold consignments settle to your balance automatically, and you can take it as cash or as boosted store credit toward your next find.
